GROW YOUR BUSINESS
Back Ground Information:
Grow Your Business is an organization which produces fresh organic vegetables. John is the owner of this organization, he belongs to a famer family. He has a huge farm which included some unused land of his neighbors also. His ancestors used to have animals and farm both, but john have only some cows and hens from which he gets organic manure for his farm. He is focusing on growing his vegetables only. In his mind, he got a huge knowledge about land and vegetables which help him to grow best organic vegetables. His business is growing day by day and he has hired some workers for help. Jane married with John, helps in customer service and order taking. She overlooks accounts also. But now he needs an Information System to manage his business properly.
Organization Chart:
Organization chart of Grow Your Business: The organization contains nineteen members in total. John and Jane work in two different sections. John takes care of farm while Jane takes care of customer service.
First, we will discuss John’s section;
For farming purpose John has Neol, Netta, Neoletta and Nick as helpers. They help John to grow fresh organic vegetables. Their job includes trimming plants, pruning, and picking prepared items, watering plants, weeding, planting new vegetables and giving suitable fertilizers to the plants. Mick mix up different waste to make pure organic manure for the vegetables. Tina and terry are the vehicle operators. Tim is the manager and know all about vehicles. He directly reports to John for any problem in farm side and contact with Jane about any problem in pickup and delivery issues.
Now we will discuss Jane’s section;
For accounts and billing jane has hired Sam and Samantha. They look after on all the payments and balance. While she has help from Cathy, Charlie, Chris, and Christina in order taking process. They take orders from customers and send them to farm. They also help John is farm side. For pickup service Jane have Mark and Marsha while Dirk is there to help them in lifting heavy boxes. They place the notes on boxes written the order details and put them in pickup area.
System Vision Document
Problem Description:
There are several problems occurring in customer service, like;
· Only way to take order is by phone call or by going direct to farm.
· Order taking in phone is long term process, especially when John takes orders, and sometimes mistakes occur in order.
· Problem in picking up the order, too much orders on same day make traffic jam around farm also customers have trouble in receiving their box.
· Produces are available on weekly bases, but due to change in climate customers find trouble in knowing what is available this week. Sometimes they find a different thing than they expected to receive.
· On payment side, Jane had hard time to mange it so that she hired Sam and Samantha to look after accounts and report to jane directly. But still they need proper database to maintain the payment record.
· As for delivery service they need a proper schedule to save the time and delivery cost.
· Another problem is the certification of originally organic produce.
System Capabilities:
· Order can be taken by phone, by website or by directly going to farm.
· Items available on weekly base will be displayed on website, so that customers know what it available this week.
· Payment problem is solved by giving a new database which will keep the record of all orders and their payment.
· To reduce the crowd on farm, customers are told different time so that their will be less crowd and problem. Also, home delivery is available.
· A time table is provided for home delivery.
· A certification documentation is provided to demonstrate originally organic produced.
Anticipate Business Benefits:
· Order taking process is faster and reliable.
· Item available knowledge will help customers to choose what they want.
· There is proper check and balance on accounts and new database made it more reliable.
· A proper delivery time table will reduce the number of travels, which will save fuel and time.
· Customers will buy more when they know about originally organic produce and it will help the business grow fast. The more is customers, the more will be the profit.

The work Break Down structure contains nine tasks in total. These tasks can be classified into three types. First is problem identification, second is task analysis and final one is to make report on your analysis. In first part, we will try to find the problems present in current system. We will interview staff members, meet with all employees, and interview with customers as much as we can in limited time. In second task, we will take measure to solve the problem by first studying the causes of problems. In this task we will look farm record, accounting process, observing all business operations orders and payment transaction method, and field work about home delivery service. The final task is to make the final report about all the work and report to the John and Jane.

Risk Analysis:
Risk analysis is essential for a successful project. You need to look all the aspects and dangers who can result the program to fail or can cause any damage to the project. Here are some risks that can occur in process and their impact is also listed in the chart below.
We need to work keeping these risks in minds, so that they can not harm the system. Unfamiliarity with the new system will be removed by training the staff to use it. The missing of staff will be solved by appointing another member in place and making a good timetable. Like this we will make our project safe from those risks.

Cost-Benefit Analysis:
Project Cost:
The estimated overall project cost is AUD 450,000.00$. This cost includes the salary of project manager and two system analysts (valve take from PayScale 2018). As tablets are used for running this operating system so their total cost is AUD 5000.00$, while Development cost for this is AUD 195,000.00$ taken from a report (NCBI PubMed 2018).

Conclusion:
To conclude this report different aspects are looked. The project will solve the problems in customer service and delivery of vegetables. Plus, new system to overlook accounts and payment transaction is provided. All these improvements will cost AUD 450,000.00$ while benefit from it is AUD 365,000.00$ and implement cost of this new operating system is AUD 100,000.00$.
The project will cover its pack back in 2.2years.
Above all things this new system will be easy to use for the customers and reliable for the staff also. The user friendly with online support will help them to order their stuff confidently. While the company will do timed based maintenance, which keep the system updated. As system is new so at start some will find difficulty, but support and practice will make it easy.
