Nursing Leadership And Management

1.  Review the organization website for your chosen specialty (Management and Organizational Leadership, Nurse Educator, Case Management, or Informatics).  Find and review the corresponding competencies.

2.  Summarize the competencies for your specialty area.

3.  Select 2 competencies from your area that address leadership and explain how your APN role will incorporate the 2 leadership competencies.

4.  Write a summary narrative in which you reflect on your readiness to take on your chosen APN role.

Submit a 4-5-page paper, in APA format, with 2-3 citations from at least 2-3 scholarly and peer reviewed articles from professional journals of nursing.  Articles must have been written within the last 5 years
